Selecting permission for an individual administrator of the inventory can easily divide the activities and the competence to handle goods available only to the persons designated for this activity.

Detailed information about the server operation and utilization, for example, running processes, memory usage, CPU, etc. and plotting values ​​in graphs.

Data statistics
A client survey by the amount of data transferred for a given period with adjustable parameters to display a detailed output. Individual graphs with transmission reports to individual clients.

Client statistics
Detailed summaries of rise, decrease or transfer of clients and services for a specified period, with the possibility to sort them out according to the connection type (Wi-Fi, CATV, optical, etc.) or their tariffs.

Wi-Fi signal statistics
Displays detailed information about the quality of Wi-Fi connection (signal strength, Tx CCQ, Uptime) and plotting the resulting values ​​in graphs.

Syslog
The central logging from the system log of Mikrotik routers.

Event logger
The system performs automatic recording of important events, and these records are kept available to be viewed at any time and possibly to search for more detailed information about the changes made.

 

Client Portal

Each end client entered into the ISPadmin has the access to their user interface, respectively Client portal, where there is the contact information that an ISP records of in this system about the client, and the parameters of the services activated for the client as well as the possibility to change a password for the portal.

The portal also provides a detailed overview of invoices indicating the price breakdown, due dates, payment status, color-coded client's payment habits, etc. Invoices can be viewed in PDF format and possibly printed.

The Provider administration interface offers for each function a number of settings that you can use in the client´s portal to show or hide data that are not for clients (for whatever reason) available for to see.

other sOther combines additional functions of the system. An important part is Changelog screen where you always find information on the current version installed on your server. Thanks to this you can familiarize with newly added functions of the system, as well as those of the previous versions. Google Maps were integrated into ISPadmin, by means of which you can show the locations of devices and clients on a high-quality map background. Maps bookmark also provides other options.

Modules

Stand-alone modules are optional entries for the ISPadmin system. They serve as an extension of the basic license, depending on the ISP´s requirements and the delivery of the Internet services to his end users.

Radius

The RADIUS module is used to authenticate clients accessing the Internet. A client requesting access in range of the device, will be automatically given an IP address from a DHCP server, and when he tries to open a page in the browser, the log screen is displayed. If the user´s name and password are granted, the server authorizes the access to the Internet provider and selects IP (or range of addresses) and other connection parameters, which can include the time period the user can be connected for, the connection speed the user is allowed to use, or any other restrictions.

NETflow

NetFlow monitoring system is used to record and store data in two-way traffic at the ISP network.
In most countries around the world, the requirements for recording and storing data about the ISP operations are stipulated by law of the particular country, as a means to identify end users who are suspected of committing crimes over the Internet.
In the Provider network the system captures the headers of packets about communication and stores these data at a data store. Administration interface provides the ability to view and filter the data to be kept according to a defined period, and if required by a responsible authority (e.g. Police), the ISP is able to export the required data output and pass it over as material for criminal prosecution.

Dealer

The standalone module dealer represents for an ISP the option how to record the commissions and payments to their dealers / partners clearly and within a single system. Thanks to this interface the provider has all contact information, including a statistical summary of invoices issued.
The administration interface allows the ISP to set the commission rates and their types, respectively whether it is a fixed amount or a commission from the sales as a percentage. You can set a combination of these two functions (e.g. due to lump-sum commissions from the sale and subsequent monthly commissions in % for the operation of services agreed). The interface, of course, includes the necessary statistical information on particular accounts assigned to dealers.
Every dealer has a separate access his account interface, where he can track the commission status of services provided, invoice amounts with stating the invoice status (paid / unpaid) and of course a detailed description of all items which the invoice has been made out for. If there are more billing systems in the system, the commission invoicing for the dealer is divided into these different groups.

When a new end client is added, he can be assigned the headend and the amplifier that he is connected to. This amplifier is used to define the structure of pipeline amplifiers physically located in the cable network. The clients can be sorted in the user list according to the amplifiers set. With a click on the amplifier name you can get graphs of SNR modems of all the users who have this amplifier set. If a client gets for example a SNR drop, it is immediately apparent in the display of all clients at the same amplifier that the problem is only with the client or on the pipeline amplifier, when SNR drops at all clients.

 

Mobile application

To facilitate the everyday work of technicians on the road - management of assigned tasks, clients and routers.

The mobile application requires iOS 6 (or later) / Android 4.4 (or later) and is to be used in conjunction with ISPadmin version 4.15 (or later).
