The Client Portal as a Modern Self-Service Platform

That is why in ISPadmin version 5.40 we are introducing a major enhancement to the Client Portal: dynamic banners on the dashboard homepage, turning it into a fully-fledged communication and marketing channel.

A Dashboard That Works for You

You can now create and manage individual banner slides directly in the ISPadmin administration under the Client Portal section. These banners are displayed in the upper part of the client dashboard.

Only one banner is visible at a time, but you can create multiple slides that rotate automatically (every 5 seconds). This allows you to combine multiple messages simultaneously – from operational announcements to commercial campaigns.

The Client Portal thus becomes an active communication tool, not just a place to check invoices.

The Client Portal as a Strategic Communication Channel

With banners, the Client Portal transforms from a passive interface into an active marketing and information tool.

There is no need to use external mailing tools, SMS campaigns, or complex segmentation in other systems. Everything is managed directly within ISPadmin and connected to real client data.
