ISPadmin brings clients, the network, billing and technicians’ work together in one system and works with network hardware from many manufacturers. Over 200 ISPs in more than 10 countries use it. We have been developing and supporting it in the Czech Republic since 2003.
One system instead of several
Clients, the network, billing, the helpdesk and inventory are in one system. You enter client data once and the whole company works with it – technicians on site see the client’s services and devices, and the office sees the status of the installation. The modules are connected too: when a client doesn’t pay, ISPadmin restricts their service according to your rules and restores it after payment.
Billing in your currency and language
Each billing group – for example a separate company – has its own currency, invoice language, numbering series, logo and bank account, all in one installation. You import payments from bank statements (camt.053, or CSV in ISPadmin’s import template) or, in selected countries, collect them by SEPA direct debit. Clients can also pay online in the client portal via PayPal.
For wireless, fibre and cable networks
You manage wireless links, GPON fibre and cable networks with CMTS in one system, including RADIUS. ISPadmin suits wireless ISPs (WISPs) as well as fibre and cable operators, from a few routers to thousands of devices. It is not tied to one manufacturer: it works with MikroTik, Ubiquiti, Cambium, RADWIN, Huawei and TP-Link OLTs, Cisco and Arris CMTS and more. You can view even a network with tens of thousands of elements as a logical network diagram.
Helps you meet ISP obligations
ISPadmin helps you meet the NIS2 cybersecurity requirements. It offers access control (two-factor authentication, a password policy, user permissions), change history and bulk RouterOS updates with alerts on compromised MikroTik routers. You manage clients’ personal data in line with GDPR and generate contract summaries from your own templates, as the European Electronic Communications Code requires.
On your server or in our cloud
On your own server (self-hosted, on-premise), you keep ISPadmin and your data under your control. In our cloud, we take care of the server and backups.
Pay only for what you use
The Basic module is part of every license, and you add other modules when you need them. You can try each add-on module for free first. The price of most modules depends on the number of clients. You get a discount for a growing network and for long-term cooperation.
