It is still a test version. If you have any suggestions for improvement, let us know at support@ispadmin.eu
Helpdesk will be available for testing (in version 5.10 beta 1) until the end of February (February 29, 2020). Then, it will be deactivated. Afterwards, you decide whether you want to use the paid version of Helpdesk or not.
